Nepalese Culture Culture is a social behavior which may vary in different places or community. This social behavior is created by people themselves and follows as their tradition. Culture is the identity of a person,society or country. Some cultures are good whereas some are bad. A culture which is observed in a place may not acceptable in another place. We have our own cultures in nepal.    Greeting: Nepalese people use the word "Namaskar"to greet the elderly people and "Namaste" to the colleagues and younger people. We use the body gesture with this word two palms are joined together, keep upright and put them on chest or in front of face. To respond it, the another persons also do the same. We normally do not prefer physical contact while greeting.  Clothes:  As a casual wear, men wear shirt or T-shirt and pants, and women wear sari and blouse.
